Krakow vibes 🇵🇱✨
Honestly, the history of the building is just gorgeous! That welcome drink at the bar was a lekker touch, and the triple room was massive with a free mini-bar. Such a nice surprise! Plus, brekkie was pretty solid with lots of tasty options!
Just a heads up, parking was a bit confusing-took us a while to figure it out with the one-way streets.

Clean hotel, silent rooms, marvellous and lovely location to tram lines right outside. The rooms with aircon, complimentary water and complimentary tea coffee still, very pleasant and consistently courteous staff with complimentary champagne and soft drinks for children...

Noise from the trams can get annoying if your room faces the street. The breakfast situation is hit or miss, with inconsistent options and often a lack of hot food items that could leave you wanting more. Parking is a puzzle due to the one-way streets, and while there's on-site parking, it's not immediately adjacent to the hotel, which can be a hassle. On top of that, some rooms lack air conditioning, leading to stuffy conditions, and the toiletries provided are minimal, falling short of what you'd expect from a hotel. It's a mixed bag that could use a bit of TLC to bring it all together.

The location is unbeatable, right by the main square. The historic charm of the building enhances the stay, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The noise from nearby trams can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers, and the breakfast offerings lacked variety on certain days, disappointing.

Comfortable Stay With Great Amenities!
Staying here was a delight! The spacious double room provided a historic charm, especially with the fine painted ceilings. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs. Don't miss the wonderful restaurant recommendations from staff. Consider requesting a room away from the tramline for a quieter night.
