Hotel Santi - Krakow

Pos, The place is nice, and has free wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with great restaurant recommendations on my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Loved the stay, it was really good for 3 nights. It was a trendy boutique hotel.

Honestly, the history of the building is just gorgeous! That welcome drink at the bar was a lekker touch, and the triple room was massive with a free mini-bar. Such a nice surprise! Plus, brekkie was pretty solid with lots of tasty options!

Just a heads up, parking was a bit confusing-took us a while to figure it out with the one-way streets.

Clean hotel, silent rooms, marvellous and lovely location to tram lines right outside. The rooms with aircon, complimentary water and complimentary tea coffee still, very pleasant and consistently courteous staff with complimentary champagne and soft drinks for children...

I had an extensive and warm breakfast with freshly cooked options, the food was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the guest room for a girls weekend. The hotel's position was unbeatable and nice, next to the main tram line.

Wi-Fi was fast, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

We had a spacious triple room with a free minibar and delicious breakfast options to start our day. the bathroom could use a little upgrade. I'd definitely come back!

Noise from the trams can get annoying if your room faces the street. The breakfast situation is hit or miss, with inconsistent options and often a lack of hot food items that could leave you wanting more. Parking is a puzzle due to the one-way streets, and while there's on-site parking, it's not immediately adjacent to the hotel, which can be a hassle. On top of that, some rooms lack air conditioning, leading to stuffy conditions, and the toiletries provided are minimal, falling short of what you'd expect from a hotel. It's a mixed bag that could use a bit of TLC to bring it all together.

The location is unbeatable! Just a 2-5 minute stroll leads to the fascinating Dominican cathedral and numerous restaurants.

Good match for getting around Krakow with fantastic value. Enjoyed the free welcome drink and found the bar prices reasonable. Request a room away from the street for more peace.

Charming, Charming, Charming

Staying in a fine Double or Twin Room was like stepping back in time with the original painted ceilings and spacious layout! The location is unbeatable, just moments from the Main Square. Breakfast was a treat with a menu with unique international dishes, I can't recommend the Egyptian option enough 🌍🍽️
